I am currently enjoying a multi-year contract as Co-Head of the Monteverde Friends School in the cloud forest of Costa Rica, so my availability is quite limited. Please do contact me with any questions or ideas to explore – at the very least I might be able to refer you to other people or resources who could support you.

“Shanti Uganda was incredibly impressed with the consulting sessions we carried out with Rick. His hands-on focus allowed us to develop achievable goals and implement them into our daily operations. Within months, we had revamped our vision, developed our donor relationships and streamlined our strategic plan. His honesty enabled us to draw attention to areas we needed to focus on and years later we are still using his ideas and continue to grow.”
– Natalie Angell-Besseling, Executive Director, The Shanti Uganda Society
“My experience of Rick’s work has deepened my respect for him on two levels: as a professional with extensive, practical experience in organizational management and fundraising, and as a warm human being with a deep instinct for community. I have no hesitation recommending Rick as a consultant and facilitator.”

– Patrick Jackson, Board President, OUR Ecovillage Co-operative
